ATI > NVidia any day.
NVidias record in consoles is terrible btw.
They worked on the Sega Saturn and ruined it with their "quad" programming idea.
They did the Xbox GPU and const the company bilions in not lowering prices and eventually discontinuing the chip abruptly which cause xbox to stop selling Xbox 1.
And they delivered the PS3 GPU which is weaker than 360 despite console coming out a year later.
They did some decent pc cards tho...
