Or they could just drop the price of the arcade to 150 and the elite to 220 >:) I'm pretty sure that'd be more cost effective than including all those accessories or making live free, especially since I'm sure if they included all their 1st party accessories in the box that some judge would rule monopoly on the peripherals ha ha. Either way they gained a ton of market share this generation so I would definitely like to see a stronger emphasis from this point forward on Zune + Xbox and Xbox Live / Windows Live for sure
