First Party Games: I completely agree that Microsoft should buy studios to build up their first party developers in MGS since they have the weakest and lowest amount of first party titles compared to what Nintendo and Sony offer. Buying companies that do arcade games could also be a huge plus for Microsoft. You should also add Lionhead Studios in your list that they should buy since that would be a great add on MGS with Molynuex in the helm of that company.
Xbox Live: I don't particularly argee with you on this one. I think that for $50 for a year is a deal but I do want them to drop the price to maybe $20-30 but I dont see that happening soon. I just dont like the idea of Xbox Live being free to "everyone".
Hardware: Bingo on all of it. Microsoft needs to start fresh when Natal comes out, have better hardware and accesories that breaks as often like a nut falling off a tree and cracking open. Have a hdd for every 360 and add wifi to the 360.
Japan: Forget about them.
