Just a slight correction: Oblivion was released on the 360 in May 2006, so it was 6 months after release. Still, I think the point is well made. I think the developers are catching up on the PS3 dev kits. A lot of 360 games, including Oblivion, have been ported to the PS3 and a lot of future releases have been announced to also be on the PS3.
I think Resistance was better than Perfect Dark Zero, Motorstorm stands up to Project Gotham racing, so those 2 games are already equaled (motorstorm being 4 months instead of 1 after release). We'll see how the lineups stack up after a year to 15 months. I think the PS3 lineup in its first year will be better than the 360 lineup in its first year, and multi-platform games will help it keep up with the 360 games this year.
As for the Wii, Strikers comes out next month, but the Wii already has Zelda, Wario, and PaperMario. The Wii lineup is more unique because it is lacking GTA, Halo, Lair, etc but it has all the Nintendo games to make up for it. I think the Wii's lineup will show to be a lot better than the 360's first year as well. It's already ahead of schedule despite the slim pickings for great games so far.
