Well by the sound of it, this "person" probably grew up a spoiled little brat who got whatever he wanted with no questions asked with parents that instead of whipping his ass in a store for acting up they gave him something to keep his mouth shut and his little internet connection turns off and instead of simply waiting like others for it to come back on he throws a fucking fit and went crazy because something didn't go his way.
Its simple, give me 15 minutes with him and I'll make up for all those times he didn't get his ass whipped as a kid and I'll make sure it won't happen again.
