Doesn't matter much though, that still won't happen (it would imply around 12-13 million consoles sold to consumers by the end of March 2008 - or 13-14 million with the old forecast).

 

Sony's Fiscal year ends at the end of March 2008. It's not too far out of line to believe that they could hit or come pretty close to that number by then. I think that this Holiday season will go very well for Sony with the PS3, and the momentum will continue with some highly anticipated titles releasing in Q1 of 2008.

In my post which you quoted, I specifically said what this forecast would imply for 31st of March 2008. Do you think it will happen?
