incorrect. PC is a gaming platform separate from the xbox 360. Just because the xbox360 borrows tech from the pc does not make it so.
Microsoft does not sell the operating system for gaming, they sell it for operating. You are incorrect and your logic is flawed. Just because the PC doesn't have first party developers means jack shit all.
Any game, that appears on the PC, is not an exclusive. it can be obtained outside the console and played outside the console.
