Give your friend a couple days to "cool off" (I don't really know what she's mad about though - I don't know how you tracing something would affect her) and then talk to her again. If she still has problems with your work, then perhaps it's time to reflect if she really is a friend of yours.

I've had to do that a couple times, and I did lose someone who I considered a friend - but their actions seemed to suggest the opposite. Felt it wasn't worth staying friends with them.
