Yep. You can also find it on the web to download if you haven't got a Japanese account.
Having played both demos I think they've chosen a better section of the game for the PS3 one (probably leaving out the falling clock tower section because of performance issues), but the 360 versions performs noticeably better so that's the version I'll be buying.
