Thats what the people should think. But It cant replace real Sport. Thats just an illusion. Its maybe the reason why its so succesful the people try to calm down their conscience. So they can think like this: OH  Should I buy 3 Double whoppers. Oh no thats to much calories I will be getting even more fat. Ah I forgot I have WII Fit I will play an hour and then I wont gainig weight. the truth is that you need to jog 20 Minutes to burn the Calories from a Snickers/Mars. And for something like a Double Whopper you need 1 hour If you take what the people drink on Softdrinks and stuff. A lot of fat people eat 5000-7000 Calories daily some even 10k or even more but thats really extreme. So 2k-2,5k is normal (that would be without drinking 2 Trippelwhopper a day for women and men can take 1 Liter Coke more ( I just googled it). Wii Fit burns maybe more calories then sitting on the Couch and Playing games but definetly not more than normal sports here some data:

 

Thats all per hour

72 Cal if you do nothing

110 Cal PS3/XBOX

200-400 Cal if you do really exhausting stuff like boxing hulla hoop non stop

Jogging 1000 Cal

 

The average fat would have to play around 7-12 hours daily WII FIT but non stop.

Or he would have to jog 3-5 hours daily. 

 

As you can see WII FIt is no replacement for Sports its definetly better then normal gaming but infact a single coke will make up the Calories which someone who plays WII Fit daily an hour in a normal way

 

You can see here that the people have to learn Sports is not the solution is just a Part of it. It takes too much time. Eating less is the key.

And playing a little WII Fit as a normal consumer does makes absoluely no difference.
