the service rep on the phone said 3 weeks till I get it back, still waiting for the pre-addressed box they are going to send me.
On a certain sites podcast, someone stated that most of the units that Microsoft sends back to the consumer are refurbs. This I am okay with, I guess. Does anyone know if they ever send back new 360's to people? And if so- how I might go about getting a new 360
