I haven't tried at ToysRus, but almost all stores allow returns for a certain period, just need to ask them when I go in on Monday to check. There is a possibility that ODST will already be sold out since there are two days of the sale before tuesday and ODST is already out, the other two games come out on Tuesday.

If that is the case, then I'll get Fallout 3 GOTY edition and play through the DLC for a week then return that on the 20th and get Borderlands.

You have to have a receipt to be able to return a game.

You're going to have to pay $20 extra if you do that. For returns, the value of each will be $40, not $60.
