Wall-E is, as I said, a positive exception. 

Finding Nemo is, in my opinion, one the first ones that started this formula of "the same funny talking characters, this time as toys/ants/cars/rats/fish, in a wacky adventure, with a basic one-liner moral added to it. 

You're thinking of Dreamworks, not Pixar. Mos of Pixar's movies aren't really about moralistic adventures, nor are their plots so easily relatable. You would have trouble drawing parallels between the Incredibles, Toy Story, UP, and Wall-E, for instance.
