people with solid snake in their name shouldn't be allowed to post in the first place anyway.... lol jk
so we finally found a bug, they must have spend a all lot of time to find the right car track and angle to pin point that one.... it got me thinking PS3 owners must have way too much time on their hand by lack of good games to take the time to fine such insignificant glitches (present in most games)... admitting this actually taken from the final release of the game.... but then again this is a racing game not a picture taking simulation of aerial environment views... neither a crash test game... you(re suppose to avoid the walls and the other cars in case you haven't understood the concept yet...
