Great defense, try not using it on every person who doesn't agree with you. I read through the entire thread, and what it boils down to is that people are crying because Uncharted got a 9.3, but not that solely, people are fine with the score - Until they realize that Gears of War 2, and to a lesser extent, GTA 4 and Halo 3, got higher scores. That's what the entire thread has been about, and you can deny it all you want, but I spent the last 20-25 minutes reading through this thread of horror and I am well aware of what I read. |
Second strike, one more and you're out :)
It isn't about the fact that they got a higher score, but it is about the REASON that GT sated they were given that score.
If they told, for example, that they prefer Sci-Fi settings, then yeah, it will make sense.
It doesn't make sense when they say that, in 2009, a game need to be innovative in order to get a score above 9.3, why it was 9.8 in 2008? Who knows.
It also means that, in GT, from now on, a game won't get a score above 9.3 if it doesn't innovate, and we both know that they won't abode by this rule.
And on another note - Great avatar :) I'm planning to play Juri in SSF4
Bet with Dr.A.Peter.Nintendo that Super Mario Galaxy 2 won't sell 15 million copies up to six months after it's release, the winner will get Avatar control for a week and signature control for a month.
