I'm almost afraid to post my opinion of the game, because I know I'm going to be getting attacked by an army of 360 fans for it. Let me just say, that I have owned a 360 for quite some time, longer then any next gen console. I Originally purchased the 20 GB hard drive model when Dead Rising released (that day, I can't remember when that was though) in addition with Dead Rising, Oblivion and I believe GRAW. I loved it. The graphics and capabilities blew away anything else that came before it. However, soon I became sour toward the system. After recieving the red ring of death (twice) and after having never have any console of mine ever break on me, I of course became upset with microsoft. Later after having bought a PS3 and wii I became even more upset when I realised how ripped off I had been when having to pay for online and a $100 wifi adapter which both of the other systems gave me at no additional costs. And in addition to that, the microsoft points system which only exists to get more money from the consumer. How could I not become sour? All of these things were absolutely microsoft's fault and after recieving a console like the ps3, which to me was a huge improvement in every possible way to that of the 360 and it should be to no surprise that I have become a huge supporter of the ps3. Now, I'm only being honest here. However, I do want to add that even though I hate my 360, I absolutely love the software that is on it no matter if microsoft made it or not. I'm a very huge Gears of War fan and if you notice I buy quite a few 360 exclusives each year. Any game at all that I am interested in I buy, and if it's good, I love it. And now, a little history about me and Halo. Before Halo 3, I had never owned an xbox and never had any close friends who owned an xbox. I did however hear about Halo and what it was and I was very interested in it. I almost bought an xbox just for Halo and Knights of the Old republic but never could bring myself to do it. However, after buying a 360 (and another after the first broke) I couldn't wait to get a chance to play the master of all shooters. It wasn't until this generation that I even began to play shooters, before I was almost exclusively an JRPG player, a genre that now I am not too fond of. Now, shooters are by far my favorite genre, but this was when I was first getting into the genre and I was thrilled for halo 3. So much that I preorder, bought and still have sitting in my room collecting dust the Legendary Edition of the game. Now all of this being said, I am going to give my HONEST opinion of the game and will give a link showing that I have owned the game since launch (well, I played online for the first time after beating the campeign and playing offline with friends first) and have played many games online (mostly because of friends though).

+ Four Player Co-op
+ Generally good online play
+ Cinema mode was a great addition
+ good enemy AI
- bad single player component. Even four player co-op didn't make it fun. I'd rather play online vs rather then ever play this crappy campeign again.
-bad friendly AI. Most apparent in driving sections
-bad graphics. Low resolution. Horrendous character models. Many enemies deserved to be in a kids cartoon not a serious mature shooter.
- The camera always staying perfectly still no matter if your running, moving, jumping. Anything. It has absolutely no weight ar anything to it. I hate this. I'm not asking for anything like Killzone either, just even like COD4 how the camera shakes when your running. Anything. I hate the arcadey feel.
- None of the guns, other then the shotguns feel satisfying to shoot.
-Overall, gameply is not amazing. Too arcadey. IMO shooters have grown and advanced and Halo is stuck in the past.
-They stole the head crabs from Half-Life and called them the flood.
