By itself it can't reach that. Most sales will come from the people who bought the first.
Although that doesn't mean it won't pull in more people, but I don't think it will pull in over 70k week 1.
Of coarse many other games are releasing around that time. 300k is still a possibility, but not on the back of only Uncharted 2.
