You have to jump through a hoop for Bring Down The Sky DLC.

I was finally able to find some information on the second DLC and it costs the same on both PC and 360. IGN didn't like it and gave it a 5/10 though if that helps, but it was also the 360 version and they said it highlighted the faults of the game (texture loading, loading times, frame rates).
