Could Uncharted 2 push PS3 sales above 300,000 and if so, how much?

There will be a slight increase I think, but not enough to get to 300.000. I'm not sure if Uncharted 2 releases the same week in Japan, but it shouldn't have a big impact there anyway. Is there any other release in Japan for the same week? That could be more of a factor there than U2.
