They had it quite early and made that video a good week or more ago, thats why they haven't done a review yet until they play online and try more features, the other reviews do include multiplayer, ign, cvg and videogames all mention it saying how good it is as it is limitless online.

And yeah, that video is by FAR the best Forza video released so far, 33 minutes of pure Forza 3, all unseen before so isn't boring!

This was the second time I have heard this mentioned, the other time talked about the multiplayer not being available until launch which is why I wonder if this is the case.  I think this review hinted at it they still gave the game 94.
