This is a tough one, but my list is as follows:
1 - Lufia 2 (The epitomy of JRPG games and all games IMO)
2 - Terranigma (This game is almost tied with my first one as the best game of all time)
2 - Parasite Eve (Best Squaresoft game and best action-RPG game i've ever played)
3 - Diablo 2 (Can't even begin to describe the thousands of hours lost to this game)
4 - Dragon Quest V (The best story of any game i've ever played)
5 - Final Fantasy VI (Best soundtrack of any game and the best FF game)
6 - Legend of Zelda - A Link To The Past (Yes, it's even better than Ocarina of Time)
7 - Kingdom Hearts 2 (Yeah, i've had more playthroughs in this game that it's humanly sane xD)
8 - Gran Turismo 4 (The best racing sims i've ever played, so far)
9 - Doom 2 (The oldest game on this list and still the best FPS i've ever played)
10 - Seiken Densetsu 3 or Secret of Mana 2 (Best Co-op game i've ever played and one of the best RPG's of all time too).
