I think what bothers me about it is how the nose points at the really exaggerated cheek bone so the cheek bone almost seems like part of the nose. I would say either make the nose not point to much towards the cheeks and it would probably look right (to me at least).

Other than that, it has style and I like it. I actually like your avatar better (assuming you drew that).

Like I said, it's not that I don't like it, I just don't like the noses.  Everything else is fine.  :-p

They do kinda blend in almost now that you mention it.  though i'd say it's the opposite.  The nose looks like part of the cheek.
