It's interesting I think, I don't not like it.
I think what bothers me about it is how the nose points at the really exaggerated cheek bone so the cheek bone almost seems like part of the nose. I would say either make the nose not point to much towards the cheeks and it would probably look right (to me at least).
Other than that, it has style and I like it. I actually like your avatar better (assuming you drew that).
