I also prefer buying 360 over PS3 when it comes to multi-plats, even when the PS3 version is technically better. It's more of a feeling of wholeness. 360 has them for all games and knowing that the PS3 is lacking them in older games makes me want the 360 version. Even though i don't play the games I buy much, I like to know that they are there if I do. It's also hard for me to want to play a game with no Achievements, just because it's not documented in what I did, for other people to see. The whole Achievement concept has made it hard for me to play my large backlog of Xbox/PS2/Gamecube games
My pecking order, when buying multi-plat games:
- Better pre-order bonus. If bonus DVD is Blu-ray, I get the PS3 version.
- Same pre-order bonus, buy 360 version.
- If none of the above, buy 360 version when discounted.
