Maybe you dont know, but there is *one* person who is blocking the R18+ rating for video games (despite it existing for movies), and that is the south australian board member. If it werent for him there would be no problem. So it is one person... far from a whole country.
edit* The ironic part is, that many games that are given 17 or 18+ ratings in other countries are only given 15+ ratings in Australia due to the lack of other options... meaning for many games younger players can access them.
