It was selling very poorly, but i believe youre misinformed. It sold 30k last week, so the increase would push it to roughly 90k.
Id also liek to add the term flopping is more appropriate for PSP at this point in its lifecycle than a new release because its still selling, still alive, flopping around, not very vibrant and full of life, haha.
I think we should use the term "plop" for games that fall on their face from the get go, and flop for existing products struggle. Revolution time.

No, if it sold 30K and PSP was selling 29K before in NA, then it would be at around 60K, which is only a 100% increase
well a little over 100%, but its not a 300% increase, basically a doubling in sales

Ah, youre using ioi's doubled figures, sorry i was referring to Sonys 300%. I guess since sony was so vague on retailers, we should debate on the more consistant doubled figure form ioi, i stand corrected.
So, i suppose 30k increase is pretty spot on in terms of an increase that MSFT saw from the elite SKU. Still not a plop out of the gate, imo.
