Microsoft & Sony don't even make my top 10.

Go check how many games & franchises have been either developed or published by the TRUE top 3 gaming companies of all time.

Sony and Microsofts games development numbers pale on comparison to those three (Sega, Ninty, Capcom)

Plus.......... we have Nintendo all star games, Capcom fighting all star games and Sega Racing all star games ect.

Microsoft and Sony could not even put up a roster of 10 own brand characters that would be recognisable enough for either company to make an all star game.

Yeah because Sony and MS don't need to re hash video game characters in kart and all star games in order to sell software. Both MS and Sony have established many new/successful/exclusive IP's this gen through first and third party support and without them Saga and Capcom wouldn't be in the same place they are now.

Don't you mean they are not capable of rehashing videogames characters in to an all star game....... Multi million selling Mr Nathan Drake and Mr Halo himself are not enough to convince me that these two companies have many quality characters.......... Who would the supporting cast consist of? "Sackboy & Banjo"? (First party characters only, so dont bother mentioning Snake or Marcus Fenix ect)

You give "corporations" far more credit than they deserve.

Sony made their name in gaming through 3rd party support............ is that somthing that i should respect? i think not.

 

Sonys biggest selling game this gen is 3rd party (MGS 4) and Microsofts is 2nd party (unless they buy bungie or steal their best employees)

I would like to congratulate all the great 2ND & 3RD PARTY companies that have made Sony and Microsoft the success stories they are today.
