I can honestly say I wasted 120 hours of my life to FF XII just because it was a FF. And the grinding was the mindless kind that just made you sit there in front of the TV, pressing buttons like a loyal robot. I didn't have fun exactly, I just... did it. O.o
The 150 hours I spent with FF X on the other hand, were filled with love, grief, fun, humour and even tedium, all in adequate amounts. :)
