Similar to what nordlead said: The only kind of games that go multiplat from Wii (at least to PS360 or down to DS, not so much PS2 and PSP), are cash cows. Games like Guitar Hero and Rock Band, which are trying to make as much money as possible, or even like Sonic Unleashed, where the Wii version was made to hedge any potential losses from the PS3/360 version. I don't think you get Warren Spector to make you a cash cow.
I agree with Claude. It was probably something GI wasn't supposed to say yet. Weren't those "first details" a leak anyway?
