The players arent the problem it's the control scheme. PC players can just do more skillful things than people using controllers, if you will.

Yes, because the PC has easier for controls, meaning that crazy things like (insert random trick for selected game here) are easier to do, meaning more people do it, while on the consoles only the elite of the elite can do equivalent tr1cks.
