I've played all 3, LO is no push over for sure, really great game, i hated Vesperia for its cuteness of art-style, and as for... Star Ocean: The Last Hope was my fave of the 3 by far it had the best BATTLE SYSTEM out of them and and best Art-Style, but voice acting was shit and it was anime cliched...., but you cant go wrong with LO to.
