Good game but with a few too many flaws that stopped it from being great. I thought the story was interesting and it kept me coming back to the game particularly towards the end. Fairly solid gameplay, although I felt that getting around the city became a little tedious as the game progressed. The combat was smooth but the powers lacked a little originality (the very cool lightning storm excluded) and basically replaced the basic weapons of a standard shooter (rifle, sniper, rocket, grenade). The side quests become repetitive but I liked how they actually affected the city by creating safe zones and opening access to new features such as clinics. The way the city responded to your actions with people either helping you or hating you was a great touch.
