The PS3 sold 35k+ copies of Motorstorm, so you can safely assume that at least 30k of them were the 80 gig pack, maybe even all of them but that leaves 20-25k not being the eighty gig and with the sixty gig becoming increasingly harder to find, 20k of the others sold could have been the forty gig, so it at least sold that much of it's stock if all of the motorstorms sold were the bundle. Let's wait until next week before we say it bombed or not. |
He wasn't talking about in America. He was saying (i believe) that numbers in Europe are already dropping back down to pre 40 gig numbers pretty hard, when combined with ancetdotal evidence shows that people don't really want the 40 gig and it isn't going to be much help when it is released in Japan and America.
