yes, it's awesome, but I think you exaggerated a bit about the awareness thing. they just become "aware" when they hear a huge noise or the Joker warns them, otherwise you can swing above their heads and they won't ever notice you. I like the way it is, it would be impossible if it was done other way, but they're not reaaaally "aware" :P
