I'm not sure what you mean by "intentional". We waited almost 25 minutes for the dropship to drop off its enemies and went around the entire map looking for any enemies that were alive and found nothing.
As for people complaining, thanks for your opinion but I'm curious if anyone else has had a problem similar to mine and not what you think about the value of ODST. I'm sure there are 100 threads for you to post in about that. Just "Keep it Clean" (o o)
