Not really, you can still download the games again once you get another PSP (Go or otherwise) It's tied in with the PSN account
Not able to download them an unlimited number of times is a bit of a worry though. I think the limit is 5 times?
Anyway, what this really might go a long way towards killing is the second-hand game market.
