The bolded part is weird.
Logic would say that the platform element disadvantage is for inFamous, being that every PS3 owner could buy it or Prototype, where each 360 owner could only buy Prototype.
Your reasoning only holds for owners of both 360 and PS3, which is only a fraction, where 100% of PS3 owners had the choice between the games.
