Lol you think posting and chatting is a skill?  That's pretty sad, maybe you should play MMORPGs where you can put that to use.

Sorry, but I'm not a noob to fighting games either.  I know how it goes at higher levels, it becomes pretty braindead/broken where only top tier/abusive strategies are used.  I don't complain, but then again I don't think it's worth my time to learn the execution to do 100% V-ism jump-cancelled combos in A3, and then when broken shit gets patched out every complains because they can't abuse it anymore.  Which is interesting to see Capcom charging the price for a new game that they themselves admit as broken instead of patching up.

The Halo guys are good, no doubt, but they are playing in the kiddie pool by virtue of their controller.  They would probably be good at PC games too, maybe not top but those guys would be fairly decent.

And I feel sorry for you if you think Halo is a great game.

BTW, not me but hilarious:

He isn't even that good.

I wasn't implying that Halo was "epic" I was commenting on your comment.

Also, yes, debating requires skill. I think that's been made obvious from your posts.

Example:

If PC controls are easier to use, and more accurate, are not console cotrols more difficult to use, and less accurate? So, wouldn't it take a more skilled player to wield them as effectively? Thus, isn't their a higher potential apparent skill level available on the console for twitch combat?

What the hell?! Gamepads are complete crap compared to Keyboard+Mouse.

Kb+M is much better because it allows a much higher skill potential and leaves only the skill of each player to rate them. That's why that the difference between the top and bottom skill level on PC is astonishingly far apart from each other.

With a gamepad, each player has one of their legs cut off because of it. The spedd is much slower, the accuracy is much less accurate, they barely aim, and since the speed is so slow, the tactical presence of a team group is greatly decreased.

Basically, it's like this analogy: What Kb+M is to Gamepads, is what 100M Pro-runners are to 100m One-legged, Mentally-handicapped runners.
