Your sig bet isn't entirely reasonable. To be the best-rated RPG of the generation it would need to top 94, in order to beat the 360 version of Oblivion. It would need over 93 to top the PS3 version of Oblivion, or the 360 version of Fallout 3. So unless it gets a 95 or better, which no Final Fantasy has ever done....

You're right. The sig. makes it seem like I mean best RPG of the 7th generation according to metacritic.
