Hey guys, I know a lot about 3D because im a big fan. I used my old crt TV still for imax movies. Heres is teh real fact about this:
Sony is bringing new TVs in the market at the end of 2010 (the one we see on TGS and things like that are prototype), the 3D will be polarise circular type (the same as imax). So there will be no flicker, since its not about shutting lens one after the other like with my old crt TV. They do not need 120 hertz either. They are working to have a lot of games updatable as soon as they release the TVs. This type of 3D is really great and not to be compare to shutter glasses. Most 3D Tvs and computers (nvidia) use shutter glasses right now, but theres already some TVs that do polarisation.
You definitly needs a supporting TV, but it will not give headache because theres no flicker, the Ps3 will also be able to support it on any games if the developer want to put some extra work. This is real information.
