  In Japan, maybe, depends on the effect of th Wii lineup, but not WW, both Media create and Famitsu are predicitng FF13 to be a flop (for a final fantasy game)

Due to multiplatforms, FFXIII will most likely outsell FFXII worldwide. I'm not sure how that would consider to be a flop ( and MC and Famitsu have made no predictions on FFXIII sales outside of Japan).


  It won't be out outside of Japan until 2010, so no bearing on the holiday sales, plus as you say its multiplat, so it may sell better on the 360 outside Japan, in Japan its on the PS3 only and will not sell as much as other FF's, hence a flop
