Cross platform (multiplatform) is at first defined as software developed to work on both PC and MAC (software platforms). And such it is a multiplatform application.
So if you want to call it exclusive, you're saying that exclusive is not an absolute. I've told you, you can call it a 360/PC ONLY game. But not exclusive.
