Based on what I've played so far, I'd buy it again. It's a bit unpolished in some areas, but character development seems decent enough. The game seems to encourage you to switch classes, and I'm not really a fan of that. I'd much rather specialize in one area instead of swapping between classes to get the skills you need, but I can see the appeal for some people. I don't like how there's no spell book, but that's just my preference for old school cRPGs from the 90s talking. So far, it's not bad -- but it's not great either. I'd give it a 7.5 out of 10 (the 4.0 out of 10 it got is absurd). It's solid, but it's not going to win any awards. If you generally like RPGs, you should like this game. It has what it takes to absorb your attention for hours.
For the record, this game is much better than Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn.
