GT PSP is actually really really good. It just has some shortcomings that reviews dislike. They are reviewing the game in the wrong way. GT PSP is a portable racer and it does an amazing job of doing that justice.
GT PSP is probably the best racing game available on the market right now for any platform. Hopefully Forza 3 will be better than it.
