ROTFL. I was laughing a few minutes with this one. Nice knowing you. OT: Consider this: Sony wants to combat the thumping it's getting from the DSi. Decides to make a slim version of its PSP. Adopts the mindset to make it download-only in the middle of the game to make it sleeker and meaner. Realizes their fans will buy anything and praise it, they up the price tag - expect a flood of new cash because you can't buy games in stores - nor can you trade them in - and expect the new system to be a success. They didn't learn anything - I mean anything from the PS3. It's the games, Sony! It's always been the games! And if people aren't buying the system already, figure out why you need to do to win them over. Keep the UMD format - lower the price - and release a digidownload device next gen. |
I know, what does a guy have to do to get a ban around here? I don't want to ask, that would be cheating. I don't feel like I'll be a true VGChartz member until then. Ah well.
If I have to be honest, the PSP Go is VERY close to something that would be perfect for me. I have an iPhone, and I like downloading games, it's convenient for portability. But this should have had either a touchscreen or a second analog stick, it is just not quite good enough anymore to have just the one analog stick. And it should be comparably priced to a PSP, $200 MAX. When the PSP2 or PSPGoTwo comes out with dual analog and all DD, I'll be all over it. Provided it's not $400 that is.
