Big Forza Fan -- Underwhelmed by the Forza 3 demo. :(

Well maybe if Turn 10 didn't hyped it up to the roof (of the universe) people wouldn't be whining now. All that bullshit about Forza 3 beeing the definitive racing game of this gen, with best everything... bla bla bla. Without the hype people ppl would be happy with what they're getting and no fan would be disappointed.

I know it's just a demo.  I know it doesn't have all the tracks and cars, online (I don't do onine), and customization but the core gameplay is there.  You know, car, track, visuals, controls, etc.  The core gameplay, in my opinion, isn't much evolved from Forza 2.  From the hype T10 put out there, I expected to be, well, blown away.

Part of it is that I feel F2 was an exceptional game to begin with so all they hype made my expectations rather high...
