I never worked for GS or EB or any of those game stores so I have no idea that they wouldn't pay commission.
Rachet and Clank is a pretty cool game for kids. And the 60gb i was refering to was the 60gb that Australia got which is where Shams lives not the one in the US. They should still have those available in the area as I would doubt they are sold out at this time everywhere. I'm not much into kids games nor do I even know what that kid likes to play when it comes to games. Maybe he's big into the Gran Turismo series? He won't get that on the Wii. I wouldn't ever step into any families conversation about what video game system they should buy their kid unless they asked me directly assuming that I know a thing or two about the game systems. Also, whether there are games out now that you want shouldn't push you to influence others into what to get. What if he wants R&C and other Sony exclusive first party games? Even if they aren't out until next year, it's what the kid wants.
