I hate to keep bumping my own thread but the lack of participation in this thread is confusing/alarming, I can't write an article with so little participation in the thread. Currently I only have 11 votes in the poll, whereas the threads earlier in the week were all getting 100+.

I think Assassin's Creeds sales are pretty interesting. It is uncommon for a new IP to be so front loaded as it it has not yet established a fan base. Yet because the initial sells were so huge, the total sales for the game are still extremely good. So what do people think, why was the game so front loaded?
