Sorry, but NO!!!!!!!

Sao Paulo is truly bad with traffic jams and it does not have the beauty of Rio.

And Buenos Aires, well its from Argentina. So thats your answer right there.

PS - I have no bias against Argentina. Zexen will vouch for me.
