@Huaxiong: Why would anyone buy Elite? After all, you get to access the same games with Arcade as well as play online. Besides, people who have RRoD:d their Core/Elite models, are most likely to buy Arcade and put their old HDD onto the new system.

For the SD cards in Wii, they existed way before Wii was released. Also, Wii has supported SD cards since launch. The update just allowed to DL the games to the SD, without the need of saving them to the onboard memory first, and launch them from the card. And, the supported size of the card grew from 2GB to 32GB.

Essentially, the internal memory argument you are making is the same as saying PS3 is a hardcore system and 360 casual because PS3 games are on BD and 360 on DVD. After all, DVD is too small for HD games.

I said why would casuals buy the elite, not anyone. Don't spin my words.

As for SD cards, that was my point.

I never mentioned anything about the PS3. I'm talking about 360 Elite vs. Arcade. And BD vs. DVD is stretching it. I never included those in my argument. You're taking my words out of context.

Look at the boxes of the Arcade and Elite. Which one looks more family friendly?
